SERVICES

Margarita Ceko Visuals provides short-form social media content creation including reels, highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, event coverage and visual content for personal brands, weddings, private events, launches and businesses.

All services are provided artistically and creatively based on the atmosphere, timing, lighting conditions and natural flow of the event.

BOOKINGS

A booking is considered confirmed once both parties agree to the project details and any required deposit or payment is received.

Dates are limited and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

PAYMENTS

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the event or project.

Late payments may result in delays in content delivery.

CUSTOM CREATIVE WORK

All work provided by Margarita Ceko Visuals is custom creative work created specifically for each client and event.

Due to the time, planning, editing, artistic direction, creative energy and labour involved, payments for completed creative services are non-refundable.

This includes delivered reels, edited content, event attendance, preparation time, communication, planning and post-production work.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on workload, event complexity, travel requirements and project scale.

CONTENT STYLE

Clients acknowledge that all visual content is created in Margarita’s artistic and editorial style.

Raw footage is not automatically included unless agreed in writing.

SOCIAL MEDIA & USAGE

Margarita Ceko Visuals may use created content for portfolio, website, advertising and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the event.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for ensuring that event access, permissions and relevant approvals are available where required.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While every reasonable effort is made to capture and deliver high-quality content, Margarita Ceko Visuals is not liable for circumstances outside reasonable control including technical issues, venue restrictions, weather conditions, interruptions, crowd interference or platform-related issues.

PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through this website is used only for communication, bookings and service-related purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
